Almond Coconut Maca Smoothie

1 cup coconut milk ( or almond if you prefer)

1 cup spring water (ice cold is best)

1 frozen banana

1 Tablespoon raw Honey (or if you can’t have honey replace with 4 soaked dates)

Handful of almonds

1 Tablespoon maca powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon vanilla

4 Ice cubes

Blend in your blend until smooth and enjoy!
